INFORMATION ABOUT RESERVATION AND ROOMS

Filling the Format in its entirety, and adding any requests or needs, you will help us to give you a better service.

If you are already a client of the Hotel Group Le Dimore  you will have a 10% discount on the price list in force.

• Pets accepted on request at a cost of 5 to 10 € per day depending on the size of the animal.

• The payment is provided  always on arrival within hour 18.30/19, in cash or by credit card, checks are not accepted.

• After 19.00 o clock you have to request: THE GATE CODES, MAKE THE PAYMENT AND PROVIDE US A DOCUMENT AND A TELEPHONE NUMBER.

• For Fairs and Festivities is required the balance one week before the arrival by bank transfer

• The late return the keys involve a fee of 50 euro because they are special keys and cannot be duplicated, it is charged to the customer the eventual shipping of the keys.

• Please advise if you need the cot for up to 3 years, which is free for stays of 3 days, and with a daily cost of 10 euro. Only on reservation prior to arrival. In the 10 euro per day is included: high chair, cot with sheets, blanket and the antisuffocation pillow.

• Children who sleep in the bed with parents are free of charge up to 3 years, from 4 years to 11 years they pay 15 € per day and from 12 years or if adults the extra bed costs 25 €. The cost of the extra bed for periods of fairs and festivals may vary.

• It is very important at the time of booking that indicate if you are a couple, two friends, so  2 single beds, if you like the sofa bed or bunk bed, if you have children or pets you have to indicate that! (also age of the children)

• Free parking is included under video surveillance, the management is not responsible for items left in the rooms (if not put in the safe) and in parked cars inside the property.

• Tourist tax expected  2.50 € per person and per night (see rules posted in the breakfast hall).

• The self check-in with the codes is possible only after the payment, and have informed the property of late arrival. After 24 hours is not possibile to arrive because you will disturb the other guests

• It is compulsory to provide a a mobile phone at the time of reservation in order to be reached in case of emergencies.

• Please provide a document upon arrival in order to register you on the police formular to be delivered within 48 hours

During the fair the prices will differ.

FOR THE CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATIONS THE CUSTOMERS HAVE TO RELEASE A NUMBER OF CREDIT CARD OR BANK TRANSFER MADE AS A DEPOSIT OF 50%

THE REMAINING 50% OF  BALANCE MUST BE PAID 1 WEEK BEFORE THE ARRIVAL THROUGH BANK TRANSFER ALSO THAT MUST BE SENT BY FAX TO THE NUMBER: 0458323434
IN THE ABSENCE OF SUCH SHARES THE DIRECTION DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY ‘OF THE ROOM

Cancellations:

For cancellations, the policy of the hotel, provides:

Up to 7 days before arrival there is no cost
Between 6 ° to 1 day before the arrival, we charge 50% of the amount for the entire stay or the first night
The day of arrival or in case of no-show, we charge 100% of the amount of the entire stay
Policy cancellations:
To proceed with the cancellation:
you have to send a fax to the hotel to the number 0458323434 specifying the reservation number, name and surname shown on this email and holiday start date The cancellation must be received by 11:30 am local time

PRICES OF DIMORA DEL VIAGGIATORE

1 person from 40 euros to 90 euros per day
2 persons from 50 euros to 140 euros per day
3 People from 80 euros to 160 euros per day
4 persons from 110 euros to 180 euros per day
Pets are welcome, provided the cost per day is 7 euros per day
Children under 5 years free, plus pay 50%
cot service on request, free of charge for stays of 3 nights,
service mattress cradle with pillow, sheets and blanket has a daily cost of 10 euros.
